Rooms can be set as Active/Inactive using a switch on the room in the Flair app, through scheduling, or through home/away (home/away sets the entire home to Active/Inactive).
Active Room: Flair will maintain the set point in this room.
Inactive Room: Flair will not maintain the set point in this room and instead follow the Away Settings.
Inactive rooms may be used as "dump rooms" for central systems with Smart Vents. This allows Flair to open the Smart Vents in Inactive rooms to assist with backpressure protection by "dumping" excess air to these rooms. This helps Flair to more carefully manage Active rooms.
Inactive rooms will follow the Away Settings.
