Connect to Flair WiFi xxxx only when prompted
Trying to connect to the Flair WiFi xxxx out of order can cause issues with Flair Setup.
On phones and tablets, Flair Setup will attempt to connect automatically to the Flair WiFi xxxx network using the Puck's 4 character ID. In some cases, Flair Setup may prompt you to connect your device manually to the Flair WiFi xxxx network.
On laptops and desktops using my.flair.co Flair Setup will prompt you to connect your device manually to the Flair WiFi xxxx network.
If you've connected your phone/tablet/computer to the Flair WiFi xxxx network outside of Flair Setup or before being prompted to do so:
- Close the Flair app
- Reconnect your phone/tablet/computer to your home WiFI
- Reopen the Flair app and you'll be prompted to restart Setup
- Connect to Flair WiFi xxxx only when prompted to do so
Device won't reconnect to home WiFi
In some cases, your phone/tablet/computer may not automatically reconnect to your home WiFi network and Flair Setup may be halted.
- Close the Flair app and rejoin your home WiFi
- Reopen the Flair app and you'll be prompted to restart Setup
