During WiFi Setup, a Gateway Puck will broadcast its local "Flair xxxx" WiFi network. You'll be prompted to connect your phone/tablet/laptop to this WiFi network temporarily.
If you're not seeing the "Flair xxxx" network in the list of available WiFi networks on your phone/tablet/computer, try the following:
Make sure you have one Puck plugged in and set to Gateway Mode. It may take a few minutes for the Puck's WiFi to appear
Try Setup using a browser on a laptop/desktop that is able to connect to your home WiFi by going to my.flair.co
- Try disabling WiFi on your phone/tablet/computer, then re-enabling WiFI - sometimes this helps refresh the list of available WiFi networks
Try using the Back button to back out of WiFi Setup, doing a "Forget Wifi" on the Puck, and then continuing with Wifi Setup again
To do a "Forget WiFi", press the Puck, rotate to the Gear icon, and press to select. Rotate to "Forget WiFi", press to select, conform and the Puck will reboot.
