The Puck can only see visible 2.4 GHz networks. Your 2.4 GHz WiFi network must be at least temporarily visible for setup.
- Try using a browser on a laptop/desktop to perform WiFi setup
If the WiFi Setup Page has been stuck on “Scanning…” for more than a few minutes, refresh the App either on your device or in your browser
