Flair will read your set point as well as your heating or cooling mode from your Nest. Flair will use the heating or cooling mode information to automatically adjust your Smart Vents.
If your Nest is using Auto mode with dual set points, Flair will automatically determine what set point to use.
- If Flair detects that your Nest has been heating recently, Flair will display Nest’s heat-to or lower set point.
- If Flair detects that your Nest has been cooling recently, Flair will display Nest’s cool-to or higher set point.
- If Flair is unable to detect any recent heating or cooling activity, Flair will display a set point that is the average of the two Nest set points.
