Of course! If you would like to cancel your order before it ships, submit a request to our customer service team with your order number. A customer service representative will cancel your order and process a refund. You should receive the funds from a refund in your account in approximately 5–10 business days after the refund is placed.
Please note that we can only refund to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to this card account, we recommend that you contact the card issuer—they may allow the refund to process if they are notified that the refund is coming. In this case, the card issuer typically can work out an alternate form of payment for you once the refund is received (typically a check). If your card issuer bounces back the refund to us, we will let you know and we can start the process again.
