Device discovery can take up to five minutes. If, after five minutes, the Puck is not discovered, try the following troubleshooting steps.
Puck is not Discovered During Setup
If Pucks are not discovered during app Setup, skip device discovery and come back to troubleshooting after you've completed Setup. Sensor Pucks can be discovered after troubleshooting by tapping the PLUS menu in the Flair app and selecting, "Add new Sensor Puck". If the Pucks will control additional mini splits, you can add mini splits after app Setup by tapping the PLUS menu in the Flair app and selecting, "Add new Thermostat or IR Device".
Puck is Unresponsive
Is the Puck responsive to button presses and rotations? If not, try Unresponsive Puck troubleshooting.
