Pucks are on OLD firmware
I submitted a support request, but thought I’d ask here as well.
Hi. I have a flair system in my house set up as two different flair homes. One “home” per floor. I’m also using 4 pucks. 2 Pro Pucks ( one as a Gateway and the other a Sensor) and 2 regular regular ones (one as a Gateway and the other a Sensor). Anyhow.
One of my Pro Pucks is on firmware version s159w152 which I’m guessing is the newest firmware for the “Pro” pucks. My other Pro puck is stuck at a143w136. It has and does not update its firmware.
Same as my Regular Pucks, one is stuck at a132w118 and the other a143w136. These are NOT the newest firmwares. They never update and have placed them next to my router. Does not matter. They have been like that for a year.
Why can’t i manually update the firmware?
Also never received any notification that a firmware is available.
Thanks Guys

Hi Al Diaz,
You can write to Support at flair.co/contact and ask them to push new firmware to your Pucks if it's available.
All the best,
Finn
