I need the flair vents to open and close at specific times.
I have two Flair vents in my master bathroom, A Trane central heat pump system and a Trane Smart Thermostat which I believe does not connect to the Flair system. Additionally I have a small space heater in the master bathroom set at 70 f.
My main thermostat is on a schedule to begin cooling the house at 2130, and warm the house at 0530. So I need the vents in the master bathroom to close at 2130 and open at 0530 to reduce the overnight cooling effect on the master bathroom and allow it to warm once the heating in the morning starts..
How do I accomplish this?

Since we don't yet integrated with Trane's thermostats, in our system you'll add a 'non-integrated thermostat' as a workaround. After that, you can set setpoints for rooms on a schedule in the Flair app and they will open/close according to the setpoints vs ambient temps as the system normally does, the biggest limitation simply being that flair can't ask the thermostat/hvac system to run/more less. For purely balancing, this is often perfectly adequate. If you want to ensure open/closed rather than allow them to be more thermostatically controlled, you can set very how/low setpoints (or inactive) in the schedule. Hope that helps!

So if the heat/AC maintains a constant 74f throughout the house (including the bathroom) outside of the schedule, and the system cools to 69f inside the schedule, what setpoints do I need to close the bathroom vents on schedule to minimize the overnight cooling effect in the master bath and open them on schedule in the morning when the house starts to warm?
