Flair Set Point Much Lower Than Ecobee

Hi all. I just installed two Flair smart vents + puck. I’ve connected them to an Ecobee premium thermostat with one smart sensor. I am using the Ecobee for the set point, and this mostly seems to sync over fine to the Flair. However, a couple of times today I’ve seen the Flair set point set at 65°, while the Ecobee was significantly higher (for example, right now the Ecobee set point is 82°.) So I’m just wondering what’s going on here. Is this normal? I do have Eco+ turned on and have a time-of-use electricity plan, if that’s relevant. Thanks!

Hi Dave Wells,

The Eco+ features often conflict with the goals you set in Flair so we recommend that you disable all Eco+ features.

I just did a quick test, and disabling Eco+ resulted in the Flair set point going to 80°, which is correct.
