Vents Stuck Closed

Happened to me more than three times with different vents. I'm over it. Had the system for a month and all I got from support is: Check the batteries and re-power the vent, are you sure the vent in the room is labeled correctly? This system over the last 30 days has been a constant headache. A vent that is closed but is read as open by the APP will damage the HVAC system. I'm out ... $1,400 into this system and I'm done. Returning tomorrow!

@James Thanks for responding and creating the ticket. I had forgotten to reply earlier. It was mentioned in the support ticket that that a new firmware was being developed to address the issue. I am not sure if I have had it installed yet or not, but I have not seen any instances of this issue happening within the past couple of months (knock on wood).
