Returning Entire System
Very frustrating system.
All seems to work then some vents fall offline with no warning to me. Yes, the batteries are good .... please!
Vents are closed or open when they show open/closed in the APP. This will damage the system.
Customer service is nonexistent other than saying "We are here". Great but what is the solution?
Try manual. I did ... nothing.
Did you wait 5 minutes? I have been waiting 30 minutes since your last reply and then vent has not moved. Is that long enough!!
Oh, do another reset of all the vents affected?
Again? This is the third time, and they are different vents and there is NO RESET button.
I’m glad others are having success, but I have to wonder if these are real users at this point.
8 vents, 2 pucks, and a new Honeywell system with remote sensors.
About $1,400.00 and it works great and with then no warning then doesn't, reset, works great, then doesn't, reset, works great then doesn't ... refund!
