Priority Vents
It would be nice if the system could set priorities on the vents in the house. So for instance, I have a bedroom that vent is open and reaches a temperature that calls for it to close but already at limit of closed vents, if that room was at a higher priority than another room that was closed, other room vent would open and the bedroom vent could close.

I would definitely use a vent-specific priority feature.
I have one puck in the basement that will soon have 7 vents in its room.In the summer when backpressure limits the number of basement vents it can close, I would prefer to close the vents directly above my head.
Instead, it is currently a random vent that stays open, and sometimes that blows AC on us. -
I understand where you are coming from, a clearer setting "prioritization weight" for each vent would make us understand the algorithms better. Fact is, there is a prioritization in place, which is:
1-if your said bedroom is set to active (either manually or through a sensor), and the other room that's already closed is set to active as well, you'll get the behaviour you are experiencing
2-If, in the other hand, the other room is set to inactive, Flair will prioritize closing your bedroom's vents (in order to maintain your active room's comfort) and, if it's limited because of back pressure protection, it will balance it by conversely opening the inactive room's vents.
You can either rely on a sensor for auto-vacancy of a room, or you can actually manually set it to inactive EVEN if there are people there, just so that the vent prioritization takes place.
