ecobee built in occupancy sensor (in thermostat) not recognized by flair.

Ecobee reporting room is occupied. Flair lists as away. The only way i can get it to open the vents in the room is to manually set it to active in the flair app. I have tried deleting the integration and it didnt fix it. Flair home setting reports (occupied) shows the room is occupied/ room display in flair shows "away"

  Do you have Remote Sensor Occupancy enabled in Flair settings?

  If so and it's still not working, try going into the Ecobee app, turn Follow Me off, sync the integration, then turn Follow Me back on.

  and by "sync the integration" ...what do you mean? Delete the ecobee integration in Flair and re-set it up?
