    Hi Warren,

     

    Thanks for the advice! We've had thousands of customers use our Puck and no one has reported an issue with our magnets. Also, in our own testing, we have had Pucks up on the wall for years without any issue.

    I can second this.  Having 4 kids, the magnet design is not very kid-proof for keeping them on the walls sometimes.

    I third this.  Mine has dropped off the base 3 times already.

    This is how our Pros do their installations if they are putting them in hotels, homes with kids, etc. - adding an additional screw that goes over the battery cover and the Puck Door.  Then you are clicking the battery door to the Puck without relying on the magnets.
