    Hi Flair,

    I know you guys said Mid-June, but what's considered middle of june for you guys? Is there any indication that shipments have started going out? Thank you!

    Hi Patrick,

    Mid-June is around now! Our new product has cleared customs and is en route to our warehouse. After our warehouse receives the new inventory, we can begin fulfilling. So shipments should be going out soon, with the dependent factor being how long our freight takes to get to the warehouse, as well as the turnaround time for receiving and inventorying.

    We're excited to get them out! Because we had a huge number of backorders, orders will be going out in daily batches. All customers will be getting a tracking number confirmation either this week or next week.

    I do have another question upon thinking about it. Is there enough inventory to cover all the backorders and more?

    All backorders have shipped by today. If you haven't yet received a tracking number, you will by 6 PM PST — our warehouse sends out tracking numbers in batches at that point. Thank you for checking in!

    Thanks for pointing this out! I have tracking numbers for both of you. There may have been some disconnect between the warehouse and our emails. I'll send you both tracking numbers via individual emails. Thanks for your patience. 

     

    UPDATE: The issue was that shipping confirmations are automatically sent at 6PM PST. Both of your orders were marked as complete by our warehouse after 6PM PST, so you'll get your shipping confirmations in about 24 hours. However, I sent you tracking numbers via an email from our Support Center.

    No email for me either as of 6/27.

    But, UPS has a package that shipped on 6/25 at 7:37 PM out of Fresno that I don't recognize.  Hopefully that's it.

     

    Update - Got the email the evening of 6/27, and it is that package.  :)

    They arrived! Setup and I think working. I now have 21 vents, 10 pucks/zones off 2 thermostats. The first half of the house has been up and running for a year (while I waited for more stock). This was the final 9.  It seems to be coping. I've now completely removed the old ecovent system (no next support and poor support as they were going through acquisition).  

     

    I have some feedback on packaging but I'll start a new thread.
