Vent delay

My vents usually open or close in less than a minute but it sometimes takes well over a minute. I have extremely high speed internet so that shouldn't be the problem. I'm assuming it is caused by the Flair central computer server being overloaded at times. It may be time for Flair to upgrade their server.

  Since response time is a low priority, battery powered systems like these are generally low-energy and update slowly to preserve battery life.

  That makes sense as I am running my vents on battery. The vents probably go into a low power mode for a minute or so at a time and then wake up briefly to check for updates. I wonder if they update faster when on AC power.
