    Hi Andrew,

    We're 100% up. 

    We previously had an issue on some iOS devices with some cache data. That issue has been resolved, and an update has been sent to the App Store to correct it. If the update hasn't been installed, please install it from the App Store.

    You can also access your system via https://my.flair.co.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience. The entire Flair team also hopes that anyone reading this is well and healthy!

    I'm having the same problem with my iPhone app not loading. I have checked for the update, but don't see one. iPhone 8.

    Hi Alan,

    We released the update which has been rolling out. Here is the version history/screenshot from the app store:I'd suggest reinstalling the app - you won't lose anything and it will solve the issue so you aren't waiting for the update to come through.  Otherwise, you can use https://my.flair.co to make changes to the system.  Sorry again for the inconvenience.  Hope you and yours are well and healthy!
