Puck shows disconnected, but Wifi add successful!

    Hi Ali,

    I'm going to create a ticket for our Support Team to help you out. That will be faster. Meanwhile, I'd suggest putting Flair into Setup mode to see if it can discover the Puck. Tap the PLUS sign and select "Add new Sensor Puck". Wait about 2 full minutes. This happened to me once, and Flair was able to discover the Puck in Setup mode.
