3D printed mounting adapter for unsupported vent sizes

Hello,

I would love to buy a bunch of Flair vents for my home but none of my vent sizes are supported (8x10 and 10x10). I'm thinking about designing and 3D printing a mounting adapter for the 6x10 to fit my 8x10 and 10x10 vents. Though I'm worried about restricting too much airflow especially in the 10x10. Is this a valid concern or will the Flair vent be able to allow enough air to pass?

Does this mean that preorders ordered earlier will also arrive late March?
