Google Nest integration does not work - resolved

I've been going through this for DAYS with Flair support. I can associate Flair with My Google Nest account, but getting the thermostat set up in Flair is impossible. My Google Nest is already associated with Flair, but when I try to set up the thermostat itself, that's where trouble begins. I see my Google Nest in the thermostat options. When I click through it allows me to select the Nest Home, hit Next and if I try to set the Nest up in the room it is located in (that does not have a puck), it searches for pucks... if I skip it says I have to choose a puck to control this IR device (is a thermostat an IR device? doesn't appear so). If I try to associate the thermostat with the room that HAS a puck, I click through and just end up with a blank screen that never changes. I have to quit the app. I've tried it on a web browser as well with all the same results. Support has just gone in circles over email. Anybody have any ideas? this integration does not work at all in my experience.

Can you please try re-integrating your Nest? It sounds like the current integration is incomplete.

That's the ONE thing support did not tell me to try... and it worked. Thanks! Did not think of doing that.
