Need recommendations on system

Currently, I have a centralized HVAC system and a single nest thermostat in the living room/common area. Each bedroom has 2-3 vents, and the common areas have 4 vents.

I am considering using a smart vent system with individual temperature sensors in each of the 4 bedrooms so as to independently control the temperature of each bedroom.

I would really want to have different temperatures in the master bed and the guest bedrooms. Also, if possible, I would prefer if I can stop cooling/heating the office/kid’s play area at night. Is Flair the right choice to achieve this?

Do you have any recommendations on this setup?
