Close all vents when heating? Baseboard water heat and AC via vents

We have baseboard heat via circulated water.

I would presume that Flair can have it such that when heat mode, controlled by Ecobee, is on, the vents should all be closed and not change state.

I have heat on now and the vents keep opening and closing based on the temp.

  Scott,

  I might be wrong but I don't think that the fact you are not using the blower/duct/vent portion of your system in heating mode gets exchanged with Flair. I would also not count on Flair to implement a hybrid change before your grand children's all passes away.

  One quick solution would be to put your Flair app in Manual mode when heating and Auto when cooling.

  Yes.  Both are on our Ecobee.
