Can't make gateway

I'm not able to set up my flair (first purchase).When i go to settings and select "Make Gateway" I'm given the yes/no prompt. If i choose yes the screen refreshes. I can select yes infinitely and it never moves onto the gateway conversion. Has anyone else run into this problem?
