Official comment 12x12 vents are almost here! And we have finished tooling 8x10s so those are coming soon as well although we haven't opened preorders for the 8x10s yet. No mod's necessary!

Sandeep - you would also need to have the ecobee thermostat as thats the only thing that can directly communicate (radio) with ecobee remote sensors.

We have spoken with google on a number of occasions and they will not endorse using an unofficial api.

The primary concern we have building against an unofficial API is that it could violate the terms we currently have with Google/Google Nest which could jeopardize our official integration.
