Flair requires one Puck per IR (infrared) device you wish to control.
Please note that every Flair home requires at least one Flair device that is connected to the home network and acts as the hub of the Flair system. This can be a Flair Bridge (recommended) or a 1st-generation Flair Puck configured as a Gateway.
The IR devices commonly controlled by a Flair Puck are:
- mini splits - you will need one Puck per indoor evaporator unit
- window A/C units
- portable heaters
- portable A/C units
