Heat mode

Mini split heat pump system. Puck works in cooling. When put in heat mode the fan comes on but no heat. Puck will say heat mode not supported.

    Sounds like maybe you have a 'cool only' IR codeset loaded on the Puck.  Support should be able to help get you squared away.  I just let them know to create a ticket from this post.
