Scheduling not working but pucks control units fine

Hi, I have been using the pucks for a year and they are a great remote control replacement solution. However, I have setup schedules and nothing happens. The setpoint never changes and if set to inactive the units do not turn off. IR is definitely working because I can adjust from the app or puck. What am I missing? Thanks

  Same issue, have had these for 5 years and have only recently started to use the scheduling feature.  It works for the most part, and then all of a sudden, it won't work.  As above, I can send a command through the puck and it will work. 

  I've reset the pucks and did everything noted in the troubleshooting, but issue persists.  It's great when they work, but the randomness of them not working is puzzling.
