Puck and SSID

My office appears to be a bit too far from my first gateway puck to work. Will getting another puck and setting to gateway work if the office is on a different SSID wifi? It is on same network but the wifi on that side of house is a different SSID.  

Have to say .... REALLY WISH these flair vents and gateways worked over Matter or Z-Wave or whatever EcoBee Sensors use.

    Hi Evan Adams,

    Your Gateway Pucks need to be connected to WiFi, having two different SSIDs does not present a problem.  Adding a second Puck configured as a Gateway to that office should ensure the Smart Vent receives a strong RF signal.
