Can scenes be created ?

So I have eecobee with motion and temp sensors tied in with my Apple HomeKit that’s allowed me to create scenes based off time and motion in order to control temp settings throughout the day ( such as when I’m home, away, and asleep ). But I couldn’t find anyway to integrate the flair pucks and vents to function off these scenes ( close bedroom vent during the day to be at 75F when no one is in the bedroom). Then other particular vents are open because of the motion and daytime setting based off of what eecobee is responding to on the particular scene being run off of. Is there a way that I may not understand in order to have this function work ?
