Flair Keeps Changing from Heat to AC Mode

We have a Flair system, with our heater/AC controlled by a Nest.  We have pucks in all of our bedrooms, one in my office, and one in our basement.  For reasons I do not understand, Flair keeps kicking over from the heat mode to the AC mode.  It just won't stay in the heat mode for us, and it's really starting to annoy us.  Over the last few weeks, we have woken up to a frigid house.  This is definitely a recent phenomenon.

  I am having this same issue. All my pucks are below their set point, and it keeps defaulting to ac unless I manually put it in heat mode.
