Custom wood cover

I had existing wood floors with special matching wood vents. It took quite a bit of tweaking and cutting but I was able to get the Flair vent in underneath.

The white metal flair vent cover has been completely removed. The base of the Flair vent I had to remove most of the black metal flange to make it fit (used a metal chop saw for this). The new wooden vent cover should not interfere with Flair antenna.
