Having issues with Proper control.

I have had a Flair puck for a few months now and am struggling to get it to work properly with my Fujitsu Mini Split.  Is there an update to support my Hardware.  I have a Fujitsu AR-RAH2U Remote and a ASU18RLF unit.  The only way I can get it to work and actually throw heat right now is by the Fujitsu remote.
