Lost wifi

Lost my wifi to my whole house today. Not sure why, router had some issue and needed to be reset.
Issue is:
Every vent opened when we lost WiFi and the AC stayed on which froze our tenant downstairs and made her really pissed off at us as we weren't home and didn't know about the issue.
Is this some "feature" with Flair or an issue? Made for a really mad old lady tonight.

Hi Brian,
From what you described, it sounds like the vents must be doing a good job during normal operation, thats great to hear!
When the gateway WiFi is disconnected, Flair opens all associated vents as a safety precaution. Because the vents associated with a Puck could be a subset of an HVAC zone, it is not possible to reason about the aggregate number of vents open or closed and thus the safest action is to open all of the vents until the system is back online.
