Fit Issue

I have the same issue. I may see if I can find a return style register vent that will fit. It will likely hide the lights, but they are really only used during setup.
It would be great if Flair would design an oversized grill!

Same issue!    been looking for a condom or other piece that I can put between the vent and ceiling.  It looks bad.

There was a comment in one of the documents that its up to you to repair the ceiling first.

The majority of ceiling vents (not flair) seem to have a wider edges than flair's do.

I also have this same issue.  The size hole in the ceiling is correct for a 6 x 10 register, but the metal grill cover isn't large enough to cover the hole.  They made it too thin.  Anybody find a fix for this?

I have the same issue and I'm debating returning $700 worth of Flair products because the estimate to patch and paint my rooms is higher. I just need like a half inch on each side longer.

I've seen examples on Google where people 3D-print new covers...but I don't have a 3D printer and that seems like a huge pain.
