Second Stage Heat

So it seems you finally have an approach for that very common scenario of having two different systems, like baseboard heating and a mini split system.

Now you write that one needs a "Pro Edition" available from certain "distributors and supply houses" (note the plural). Well, there's only one listed on your website and I had to call multiple locations ("Flair WHAT??? Naaa we don't stock that") until one guy finally looked it up.

He found a "Flair Puck Integrated Control" item for 161.90 plus tax.

I'm sorry but for that price I can also go with an ecobee. It can control aux heat, too.

Why do you even offer two different versions of your thermostat? Can I get this functionality in the regular Puck?

Thanks for your question! The Puck Pro Edition is being offered in conjunction with decarbonization rebates (currently in Massachusetts and Rhode Island) via select HVAC supply houses. The rebates allow for fantastic savings on your energy bill, bringing substantial savings to your home. The rebate is only available if the Puck is professionally installed in your home.

At the time, this feature is not available outside the Puck Pro Edition.
