feature request: working outside temperature range

Hi living in canada, i'm using my mini-split to heat in winter, but my mini-split work well with outside temperature superior than -20C.
Could we have a feature like the quiet hours for the IR devices, where we could set the working outside temperature range, in my case i could put between -20C to +50C
