Do you use smart vent on return ducts?

Do you use smart vent on return ducts? I have a room that is getting hot when both feed vents are closed by 3 degrees. I have 2 return ducts as well. Do these need a smart vent too?

  Hi Stephen,

  Flair Smart Vents only replace supply vents.
