Can't find notification settings

I'm new to Flair and I'm trying to enable push notifications on IOS 13.4.1.  The article on setting up notifications says tap the Flair menu and go to account settings.  I'm assuming this is in the app, and when I go to account settings there is just my name, email, a "I am a Flair installer" switch which won't turn off, a change password field and the app temperature scale.  I see none of the "receive Flair alerts by email" or "home offline" or any of the rest of the switches.  What the heck am I doing wrong?
