Local control for poor internet?

Hello!

I have 3 pucks that I purchased as part of the pre-order. At the time, there was discussion of having an interface for local control.

I purchased these for use at a home that has only unreliable / intermittent cellular-based internet access. I've been waiting for the local option to be made available... has there been any progress on this? I would love to use these products, rather than just stare at the boxes, but I need to be able to send commands to them directly and not through the cloud.

When will this be possible?

Or if the answer is "never", does anyone want to buy 3 still-in-the-box pucks?

    Thanks for writing in. This has been requested as a feature. I can't give any timeline, as all feature are reviewed by management for inclusion in the product.
