Flair with Ecobee Premium sensor
I have a system with 9 flair vents, 1 gateway puck in the living room (main floor, where the ecobee thermostat is), another flair puck sensor in the den (main floor), another flair puck in the master bedroom (second floor) and an ecobee thermostat (main floor) with 1 ecobee sensor (sensor is in the office on the second floor). I have the set point controller set to 'Flair App'
I have noticed that in the room with the ecobee sensor (office, second floor), it is not reporting the humidity, but I know the ecobee sensor measures this. Should the ecobee sensor's humidity show up in the flair app?
Also, we like to keep our bedroom (second floor with a flair puck sensor) at 68 degrees, but our living room (where the ecobee thermostat is) at 71. My second question is, is there a way to set room priority? We absolutely want our bedroom (second floor) at 68. Our preferred temperature for the living room (main floor with ecobee thermostat) is 71, but we would be ok with that fluctuating in order to keep our bedroom where we need it. Currently, it seems like Flair is averaging the temperatures. Any suggestions on how we can force one room to be a certain temperature and it will interact with the ecobee to make it happen?
Also, is it possible to see what the HVAC system is doing (heating/cooling/idle) within the Flair App?

To answer your question about the Ecobee sensors: none of the Ecobee remote sensors (old version or the currently available "SmartSensor") report humidity as they lack the hardware to measure humidity. Only Ecobee thermostats themselves are able to measure humidity. See specs below from Ecobee site reporting sensors only have temperature and occupancy capabilities:
Regarding your bedroom: At this time you're trying to cool the bedroom to 68, but the thermostat that controls the target temperature is located in a Flair room that you want to reach 71. The problem with this is, if the thermostat reaches the set point of 71 and the bedroom isn't at 68 yet, it will stop cooling. If you were to set the target temperature to 68, the thermostat will continue to cool. However, since you want the living room to be at 71, the flair vents in the living room will close when that temperature is reached, but the thermostat will continue to cool until 68 degrees is reached (as read by the temp sensor within the thermostat). The problem with this: with your vents in the living room closed at 71 degrees, the thermostat will continue to try cooling until 68 is reached which may never occur with those living room vents closed. This is problematic as your AC will continue to run since it can't reach the desired 68 degrees. Bottom line: you can't use the temp sensor on your thermostat to determine if a target temperature is reached when Flair vents are going to close air flow to the room where said thermostat is located at a temperature that is greater than your set point.
To get around this, what you need to do is to place an Ecobee sensor in your bedroom. Then, on the Ecobee thermostat, tell the thermostat to only use the bedroom Ecobee sensor (disable using the thermostat's temperature sensor when calculating current temperature) to determine if the target temperature has been reached. Then, in Flair app Home Settings, change the set point controller to "thermostat" and the default hold duration to "Forever". On your Ecobee thermostat, set the target temperature to 68. When you do this, you will see that your Flair rooms will change to a set point of 68 degrees. What you then need to do is change the temperature set point for all Flair rooms except the bedroom to whatever you desire (e.g., change the living room flair room to 71 degrees and keep the bedroom flair room set to 68 degrees).
With this setup, your living room thermostat will know to continue cooling until the bedroom reaches 68 degrees. Meanwhile, since you set the living room Flair room to 71 degrees, the vents in your living room will close when the living room is at 71 degrees. By using a Ecobee sensor in your bedroom and telling the living room thermostat to only use the bedroom Ecobee sensor to determine if the target temperature is reached, your AC will only run until the bedroom reaches 68 degrees (as reported by the bedroom Ecobee sensor) and not until the thermostat's temp sensor is reading 68 degrees (which it wouldn't reach with the living room vents closing at 71 degrees).
Note: By setting the default hold duration to "Forever", whenever you change the target temperature on your thermostat (either physically on the Ecobee or using the Ecobee app), all the Flair rooms which you manually set a target temperature for will stay the same (e.g., living room Flair room set point will remain at 71).
