During initial setup, you must select the type of installation you will be performing. Brief explanations of the current options are below.
Please keep in mind that Flair supports ONE Bridge Pro per Flair home. You cannot have more than one Bridge Pro in a Flair home.

Staged Heating - If you will be wiring the Bridge Pro to boiler or electric baseboard zones, and wish for Flair to automate and stage the heating in the home between a primary source such as mini splits and these secondary heat sources, choose Staged Heating. You will be walked through the install step-by-step in the Flair app. Once configured, Flair will be able to engage and disengage the 2nd stage heating as needed based on the outdoor temperature or via the indoor needs.
Smart Heating - If you will be wiring the Bridge Pro to control hydronic boilers, radiators, or electric baseboards only this is done via our Smart Heating option. The Bridge Pro delivers modern zoning, wire-free room sensors, and unified app control powered by hvacOS™.
Static pressure sensor - If you are installing the Bridge Pro and will be wiring up the Flair Static Pressure Kit (SPK), choose this option. Please keep in mind that you can only wire up one SPK per Bridge Pro. Once Flair can read the static pressure for your system, its operation becomes much more intelligent and can dynamically control how many Smart Vents close. If you are also wiring the Bridge Pro to control a 2- or 3-speed system fan, we will be able to dynamically adjust the fan speed based on current conditions.
Networking only - You can use a Bridge Pro as the communication hub of a Flair home even if you are not wiring it up to any equipment. This allows you to use it as a Flair Bridge would be used but also allows for future wiring of HVAC equipment or controls.
