How do I initiate a return?

Please contact Support to initiate a return. You have 60 calendar days from the order date to initiate a return. For your convenience, here is our Return Policy.

Buy with Prime Orders

If you used the Buy with Prime button to purchase your order, you'll need to process your order on the Amazon website:

1. Go to Your Orders.
2. Select Buy with Prime Orders.
3. Find the order you want to return. If your item is eligible for return, select Return items.
4. Select your preferred return method.
5. Follow the instructions provided for the return.
