To expedite your support experience please provide the following information:
- the email address associated with your Flair account (if it's different than the one you're emailing from).
- If you're reporting an issue with your system please include
- the date and approximate time (within an hour) of the occurrence
- expected behavior
- observed behavior
- relevant details including the ID of any specific equipment that was not functioning as expected
