Flair business hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Eastern Time. We're a small, California-based team and we appreciate your understanding that it can take up to 48 business hours for us to respond to your request. Flair is closed on the weekends.
To expedite your inquiry, the following is helpful:
- Send the email address associated with your Flair account if it's different than the one you're emailing from
- If you're reporting an issue with your system, send the date and approximate time (within an hour) of the occurrence, and any relevant information. For example, the set point, expected behavior, room name, and/or Vent/Puck ID. This makes it faster to pinpoint data in our log files.
