If you get new WiFi service or get a new router, you'll need to reconnect your Flair system to your new WiFi network.
The first step is to get all your WiFi-connected Bridge or Gateway Pucks connected to your new home WiFi. Repeat these steps for each Gateway Puck in your Flair system:
- Go to Home Settings->Flair Devices, expand the Bridge or Puck and remove the device
- Reset the device
- To reset the Bridge, push the end of a paperclip into the reset hole in back of the Bridge and press for 5 seconds
- To reset the Gateway Puck, enter the Puck menus and perform a "Forget WiFi" in the Settings menu
- Tap the PLUS sign in the Flair app, and select "Add Flair Bridge" or "Add Flair Puck"
- Run through Setup to connect the Bridge or Gateway Puck to your new home WiFI network
For systems that do not use a Flair Bridge, propagate the new WiFi credentials to all your Sensor Pucks. Repeat these steps for each Sensor Puck in your Flair system:
- Push the Puck, rotate to the Gear icon, and push to select
- Rotate to "Forget WiFi" and push to select
- Wait for the Puck to reboot
