    These are suggestions we have received from others as well and will absolutely share them with our leadership team.

    It sounds like this may be a signal strength issue and we would like to investigate further.  I am going to create a support ticket and a member of our support team will be in touch to work with you directly.

    I completely agree that Flair needs to develop your own thermostat.  I’ve had Flair vents and pucks in my house for over 2 years and I’ve been waiting for this.  I love the cooperative nature of your interop, but a Flair manufactured and support high quality smart thermostat is what I need.  It is time :) Thanks.
