Dynamic Schedule request based on outside temps

It would be nice for a schedule to be set based on outside tempurature 

The reason is I have different Temps for schedules to save on energy bills 

If its cold i keep the temps lower than if its higher 

For example when its below 60,  my temp settings are 70
When its above 85, they are at 75+

  For the rooms temperatures I actually have a summer and winter schedules to sort of combat this.
