Can a flair vent be programmed to open and close with an exhaust fan that's on a timer instead of temperature?

  Flair Smart Vents by default are programmed to open and close based on temperature (environmental conditions).

  I'd add that you can essentially force the vents to open/close to some extent using schedules and drastic setpoints but keep in mind you might want to do this thoughtfully to avoid unintended changes to your thermostat (setting set point controller to your thermostat for instance).
