Air not kicking in as expected - Flair Puck says its 75, its set to 72?

I dont recall having issues in the winter with heat - but this summer has been a pain with the Flair vents.  

As my title mentioned - My house sits at 75, even though my flair puck is set to 71.  This is 1st floor.  I have a second puck upstairs that is set to 70 right now and it says its 74.

With these two values right now, the air is not on.   My wife is starting to get upset at the vents :) and this will lead me to having to pull them out, which would be annoying.

Any help?

    Hi Scott, try searching the forum for "average temperature". There's lots of discussion on using the peak vs average of all sensors.
