Occupancy

My living room has the ecobee thermostat. Flair always lists it as away, even when we are in the room and ecobee lists it as occupied. Rooms with the ecobee sensors work fine.

    Please write to support@flair.co and we will be happy to investigate what is happening with your ecobee and room occupancy.

    Please provide us with the email address you used when you created your Flair home.  We did not find a Flair home with the email address used in the forum here.
